【業務内容】
HRマネージャーとして、新しい人事システムの導入プロジェクトを主導し、人事全般を管理してくださる方を募集しております。
- Responsible for installation of new personnel system for client
- Competent in full spectrum of HR duties and responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, fostering an inclusive and high-performance work environment
- Oversee all aspects of HR, including employee recruitment, work pass application, compensation, and employee benefits
- Partner with organization leaders to identify training and development needs, and create career development plans for employees
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee feedback mechanisms
- Talent managing of all employees for enhancement of level of the company and employees
- Business trip to JP and ASEAN, and EU may be involved(Not so frequently)
