【業務内容】

日系メーカーにて日系企業にて経理総務アシスタントマネージャー募集しております。

Our client is looking for the role of Finance & Administrative Assistant Manager.
This position is to support accounting and administrative tasks and a key to communicate with their group companies as well as HQ in Japan smoothly.

• Assisting and reporting Finance & Administrative Manager and Senior Manager on regular basis on financial / accounting / administrative performance.
• Assisting monthly accounting closing / quarter report / audit report / tax computation / transfer pricing document / cash flow report etc.
• Assisting cash flow planning / loan roll over / liaise with bank
• Assisting making budget document
• Making monthly credit line document / quarterly / memorandum / notification to related company
• Ensure data accuracy payment / all bank transaction
• Ensure data accuracy for accounting, tax, and corporate compliance
• Liaise with company secretary for Director Resolution, Annual General Meeting, Extraordinary General Meeting, notarization and other documentation as requested.
• Administrative matter liaise with relevant authority / making internal document, notification etc.
• Supervising staff for administrative matter such IT service company / accounting system company / insurance company / maintenance company as well as making internal document, notification etc.
• Report and communicate with Japan HQ and its related companies.
