【業務内容】下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。
ITサポートチームのサブリーダーとして、ヘルプデスク業務（PC関連の問い合わせ対応）をメインに、ハードウェア (PC, タブレットなど) の設置や各種設定業務、ライセンス管理等　お任せする予定

– Lead User Support sub-team as team sub-leader
– Responsible for user support works including Help Desk support
– Field engineer tasks (PC/VDI/laptop/tablet/phone creation/kitting, application install and setup desktop environment)
– HW/SW inventory control and license management,
– GA support (TV/Audio conference, meeting room setup) and user request tasks (USB control, data transfer and Laptop).
– 24/7 shift operation manager

【要件】下記要件を満たしている方を募集します
– A Degree/Diploma in Information Technology with a minimum of 5 years related experience in IT system administration/ operations
– Knowledge and experience in Windows 2003/2008/2012 server, Windows 7/10 client and VMware technology will be an advantage
– Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese, as the incumbent is required to read and understand documents as well as respond and present in these two languages
– Proficiency in Japanese Language is required as this role includes liaising with counterparts in head office Japan.
– Banking Domain knowledge will help the candidate perform successfully in this role
– Strong interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively across all levels, are attributes that will help the candidate perform successfully in this role
– Good team player and able to work independently
– Good communications and interpersonal skills
