【業務内容】
HRマネージャーとして、パフォーマンス評価、採用、人材管理、および定着計画を含むさまざまなHR機能を監督し、管理していただきます。このポジションは、戦略的計画、HRリーダーシップ、および複数の利害関係者と協力し、シンガポール、インドネシア、タイ、ベトナム、台湾など異なる国々において、企業のミッションと目標に向けて戦略を立てます。
1) Develop and implement strategic HR plans and policies to support the company’s mission and strategy
2) Overall management of Human Resources & Administration
– Job allocation and performance monitoring of all members
– Budget setting and execution for Group
– Promote and provide specialised services to Group
3) Responsible for aligning and implementing overall Human Resources Strategy and Programmes with Group and Parent Company in Japan.
4) Plan, design and execute Talent Management Development related activities for Group, working closely with Parent Company in Japan and affiliate companies.
5) Ensure compliance with local laws and industry regulations, and provide advice to Group on legal implication of HR issues if necessary
6) Enhance and implement measures to raise employee awareness towards CSR and define organization and governance structure for expanding businesses in Southeast Asia region
7) Evaluation and maintenance of the current personnel appraisal system and preparation of rules and regulations
8) Development and follow-up of recruitment, training, and retention planning.
9) Work closely with the Managing Director to support the activities as representative of Group mainly from the Human Resources and Administration perspective as well as to support risk management (Liaise with the legal team in Japan HQ for advise if necessary)
10) Handle daily general affair and admin duties including liaising with IT outsourcer and Japan HQ for any IT related issues
