【業務内容】

日系メーカーにてProduct Planning募集中！

o support sales activity, obtain/maintain product certificate and update local regulations.
Also provide the best customer experience in each region, establish Pre/After-Sales-Service system with distributors, and support them as translator.

Reports direct to Product Planning Manager

• Facilitate new product testing for product certification & factory audits
• Understand regulations knowledge for relevant market and keep up to date with new applicable regulations / product standards and share with related parties globally.
• Plan & Arrange product modification request to meet regulation update considering return on the investment.
• Check on translation of product manuals and translate documents & meeting on demand.
• Require travelling within Asia Region (Japan, Vietnam, China, etc…)
• Translation support for After-Service trouble shooting & communication between service engineers and factories.
• Conduct Orientation of new products for sales representatives
• Provide training to local & overseas distributors
• Conduct technical support with and for sales team, logistics team and marketing team.
