【業務内容】

➤Manage full set of accounts, supervise financial reporting and perform financial analysis processes.
➤Oversee financial planning, credit line management, cash flow management, and compliance.
➤Review financial statements and analyze financial data.
➤Oversee bookkeeping accounts by outsourced accountants and assist in annual audit.
➤Perform Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Reporting to HQ in Japan for Consolidated accounting.
➤Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
➤Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
➤Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
➤Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
➤Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
➤Manage / support outsourced functions:
➤Corporate tax confirmation support (Tax calculation by outsourced accountants)
➤Income tax confirmation support (Tax calculation by outsourced accountants)
