業務内容

【業務内容】
- Project management (Real Estate Investment Project)
- Build and maintain relationships with related parties
- Proposal creation
- Survey of global countries and preparation of reports, etc.
- Corporate analysis, financial analysis
- Case study research for surrounding projects
- Documentation duties including documentation check, Translation of contract and Legal check
- Investment analysis
- Preparation of reports
- Financing (mainly cooperation with the head office finance department)
- Supervision of development projects
- Check financial results and reports
- Correspondence of new business/cooperation
- Managing return on investment including sale
- Support to overseas branch
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or MD
