【業務内容】

日系企業にて、マーケティング、オペレーションサポート、ビジネス開発をご担当いただける方を募集しています。

1) Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement flexible marketing strategies to effectively promote products and services offered by franchise stores.
• Create and execute weekly and monthly sales strategies tailored to the needs and objectives of franchisees.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities within the industry.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate closely with franchisees’ teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure alignment and coherence in marketing efforts.

  2) Operations Support Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive operational support for franchise stores, including overseeing product delivery, managing order processing, and handling invoice processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational processes and ensure efficient store operations.
• Support franchisees with accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in smooth delivery operations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  3) Business Development Support:

• Provide support for business development initiatives in neighbouring countries, including market research, partner identification, and relationship management.
• Assist in the planning and execution of expansion strategies to drive business growth and market presence.
