- Responsible and manage assigned customer accounts
- Make market research to find new customers and expand the businesses both in Singapore and in ASEAN countries
- Visit not only local companies, but also Japanese companies in Singapore to establish relationship
- Provide accurate sales quote to customers
- Make product and company related presentations to prospective customers
- Liaise locals customers with Japan HQ
- Trouble shooting for customers when required
- Conducts Business trips to ASEAN countries
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
