【業務内容】

金融セクター向けのITサービス企業にて、ベンダーが開発したアプリケーションのメンテナンスと、技術サポートを担当者を募集しています。

• Support team leaders by managing daily operations and maintenance for the Singapore based IT applications, ensuring adherence to established change control procedures.
• Contribute actively as a member of the Application team, engaging in creative problem-solving and cooperation with peers.
• Provide L2 and L3 support to users across front, middle, and back-office functions.
• Document and report production issues (PRD incidents) to the leads, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve them and escalating to higher management when necessary.
• Enhance the stability of the production environment by refining current processes and controls as needed.
• Implement system and application updates through project work, following the project lifecycle from start to finish.
• Uphold a high standard for documentation, managing and versioning records for all system updates, regardless of project type/size.
• Exhibit adaptability in diagnosing problems and offering alternative solutions.
• Work with project stakeholders to ensure timely execution of BAU and project tasks.
• Anticipate potential problems, proactively informing management and proposing viable solutions.
• Handle sensitive and confidential data, such as financial and customer information, in compliance with the bank’s data security guidelines.
