【業務内容】
• Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring support to new and existing employees in the process.
• Administer Company Benefits which include the coordination, tracking and organisation of the benefits.
• Co-ordinate and administer recruitment activities
• Manage monthly payroll and related activities.
• Manage pass applications and issuance for non-local employees.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and/or legal requirements.
• Manage campus recruitment, internship program and attendant activities.
• Facilitate the rollout and execution of corporate initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement, performance evaluation and talent development.
