【業務内容】

ブロックチェーンベンチャーキャピタルファンドの投資チームの一員となる人材を募集しています。ファンドの既存及び将来のパートナー（起業家、投資家、共同投資家、エグジットパートナー）との業務全般において、投資チーム及びゼネラルパートナーをサポートする役割を担っていただきます。

【Key responsibilities】
• Conduct market research and keep abreast of latest developments in the blockchain/Web 3 space.
• Assist in deal sourcing and evaluation of business ideas and pitch decks
• Support due diligence on target companies and help craft structured and executive-ready materials for review and evaluation by investment team and fund’s investment committee.
• Perform financial modeling and simulations to assess value of new and follow-on investments, valuations, and liquidity events, incorporating multiple deal scenarios and assumptions around performance.
• Track and update progress of deals through deal flow cycle and ensure most up-to-date records in systems.
• Support deal execution by interfacing and coordinating with multifunctional teams of internal and external stakeholders (law firms, accounting firms, fund admin, brokers) as required.
• Cultivate productive relationships with portfolio companies and key external partners through value creation projects post-investment in areas such as partnership facilitations, fundraising and industry insights.
• Support investment team and general partners in all areas of fund operations including marketing and publicity, reporting and minutes-taking
