【業務内容】

The Sales Executive will be required to focus results-driven with excellent interpersonal skills to
actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will also maintain and grow revenue
from existing accounts and provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in
order to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

1. Generate leads from different sales activities and turn into sales opportunities
2. Analyse customer’s profile and customizes suitable strategies to meet clients’ needs and objectives
3. Manage accounts receivable and remind customers of payments as needed
4. Regular visits to clients to investigate projects and needs, and build strong relationships
5. Monitor and reviews customer’s portfolio periodically to keep them updated on changes
6. Generate sales and marketing reports for business usage
7. Assist to plan sales strategy, sales target values, and cost plan values one year ahead at the beginning of the term, monitor actual results, and carry out PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Act) cycle activities throughout the year
8. Acquire customers project information for the next a few years and key in the information into the database and contribute to activities to build a system where the company can actively take orders.
9. Assist the Sales Manager and Senior Sales in maintaining and updating customers information and any marketing related information database and market intelligence materials orderly and efficiently.
10. Assist the Sales Manager in contracting with new distributors, planning overseas business travel, planning sales targets and budget.
11. Assist PDCA cycle activities to develop sales team members.
12. Any other duties as assigned by the general manager
