【業務内容】

• Group/Corporate Strategy戦略立案プロセスの推進
• 経営企画部門の立ち上げと新規企画の取りまとめ
• 日本本社の経営理念をローカル企業に浸透
• 新しい技術の企画・導入
• 事業計画、予算会議、事業戦略会議の資料作成
• 報告書（営業報告書等）の作成と本社への提出
• 予実管理、財務分析のサポート
• 将来のM&Aサポート
• その他関連業務

• Execute research and strategising of Group and company policies to drive business development and growth
• Develop frameworks, policies, processes and documentation
• Align company to management philosophy and values of the Group to drive coherence across Group companies to achieve strategic objectives
• Pioneer the Corporate Strategy team to chart out roadmaps and set up working groups for new projects and initiatives
• Lead the implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency of operations and transform the company in a positive direction
• Preparing papers, presentations and reports (e.g. sales plans, progress reports etc.) in Japanese for submission to HQ
• Assist in budgeting and financial analysis
• Provide support in future M&A processes
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
