【業務内容】下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。

• To take care of Japanese customer’s request and inquiry for relocation or moving(Customer Service)
• Visit customer’s residence for survey and interview in advance, also attend the moving operation.(% of time spent for this job = 60% )

• Calculate the quotation for moving charge. (10%)
• Gather up required documents of the air shipment or ocean shipment and arrange to export the shipment. (15%)
• Communicate with the branch of destination for perfect the delivery operation. (15%)

【要件】下記要件を満たしている方を募集します

• Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese Customer.
• Preferably have customer service experience or B2C sales experience

【給与】※ご経験と能力により応相談
