業務内容

【業務内容】
日系の物流企業にて、各種調整や事務業務を担当していただく方を募集しています。
- Logistics sales operation of the company – coordinate import/export, warehousing, shipping via sea, air
- Trucking by liaising with partners and clients (mainly in Singapore and Malaysia)
- Delivery arrangement and Shipping documents preparation (Invoice, Packing List, Marine cargo insurance, etc)
- Issuing of Invoice for billing
- Data entry on MS Excel sheet and filing related documents
- Process and monitor customer orders to ensure on time delivery
- Responsible for clients’ enquiries through emails and phone call
- Work closely with logistic partner and visit partner’s warehouse about 1-2 times in a month for checking amount of products and passing necessary documentation(Warehouse location: Clementi, Jurong, Changi area)
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager.
