業務内容

【業務内容】
- Manage and verify staff payroll, claims
- Manage local & expatriates income tax filing and other related payments
- Liaison with the government on mandatory surveys & reporting
- Facilitate expatriates on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Advisory support to expatriates and local employees on their queries and grievances
- Manage new expatriate’s orientation program
- Handle all personnel related survey / statics for various government bodies
- Assist to manage annual performance appraisal process
- Manage Dept’s personnel cost, monthly, quarterly and yearly as well as budgeting
- Maintaining HRMS including Performance Appraisal exercise and claims records
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
