銀行のITインフラポジションのチーフエンジニアとして下記お仕事をご担当いただきます！
- Supporting day to day maintenance operation of Head Office IT infrastructure, liaising with Head Office and partner vendors in Singapore.
- Work closely with other persons in charge of IT infrastructure and IT partner vendors
- The IT infrastructure you will be involved in consist of client-server architecture.
- Working as L2 help desk, supporting errors detected within the operation section of the bank. The operation section is monitoring the operation of hardware 24/7.
- Supporting Project Management of replacement of hardware, liaising with Head Office and partner vendors in Singapore.
- Manage schedule, issues, resource control, cost estimation, trouble shooting, partner vendor management together with Head Office members, the partner vendors, and other person in charge of Management to maintain the stable system operation.
- Creating and reviewing documents and deliverables of the projects are also part of your responsibly.
- Proposing enhancement projects and new products to improve the Bank’s infrastructure stability and efficiency.
- Strictly complying with policy and procedures including Head Office System Development Rules.
