【業務内容】

日系企業にてトラベルコンサルタントを募集しております。

Our client, one of the well-established travel agencies, is looking for a Travel Consultant & Operation member to join their team!

・Attend to customers’ travel enquires and request through phone calls, emails or walk-ins
・Provide recommendation for destination(s), modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations base on customers’ requests & interests
・Provide information on travel visa & insurance
・Prepare and update of promotional & display materials
・Liaise with the airlines, overseas ground tours and transportation operators for travel arrangement
・Handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and customer support
・Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
