Service Manager (F&B) ポジション募集
シティエリアでの勤務となります。
1. To warmly welcome and communicate with customers in Japanese-style hospitality
2. To build rapport, connection and repeat customer base with customers
3. To introduce daily / season special menu to customers
4. To train and work with service team, create hospitable atmosphere that has Japanese touch of hospitality
5. To assist customers and ensure that they are enjoying their time at the restaurant
6. To arrange and manage the team of servers and waiters efficiently and ensure smooth service
7. To thank customers before they leave and get them to leave positive reviews on Google Review
