業務内容

【業務内容】
– Perform sales & sales support activities to achieve mainly B2B business and customer acquisition goals
– Implement tactical plans to expand customer base
– Drive customer acquisition strategies and participate in the company’s marketing activities
– Source and establish contact with prospects through customer and staff/trading representatives’ referrals
– Assess prospect’s suitability and process account opening
– Build stronger customer relationships to deepen wallet share
– Attend to prospects or customers’ enquiries on FX trading and manage customer relationships through proactive communication
– Manage clients’ margin requirements and maintenance, while observing risk exposure with close monitoring
– Work and coordinate with various departments such as Operations, IT, Risk Management or Finance to service customers’ needs
