業務内容
· Conduct evaluation testing to qualify SSD in customers’ systems.
· Liaises with HQ and oversea counterparts for product evaluation and qualification.
· Travel to customers’ onsite and troubleshoot issues.
· Support major regional customers on pre-sales and post sales activities
· Hands-on to perform failure analysis (with scope & analyser) and drives correct actions to closure.
· Support technical marketing efforts as required.
· Respond to customer or field inquiries.
