【Position Title】System Engineer (System Integration)
【業務内容】
<Software Development>
– Developing software applications (gather requirements, system designing, in-house development/manage development of offshore development IT vendors, testing/debugging, and deployment of new systems).
– Maintain and develop technical documentation.
– Plan, coordinate and conduct training to end-users for assigned systems.
– Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
<System Support>
– Provide technical support to group subsidiaries for systems-related setup, issues and queries.
– Work with the IT vendor teams for maintenance, troubleshooting, identification and resolution of system issues.
– Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with new and existing technologies.
– Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with business users and monitoring of IT systems performance.
– Occasional after office hours and weekend support is expected.
<Network & Infrastructure>
– Manage the local office ICT infrastructure, including but not limited to:
– Networking (WAN, LAN, VPN, Firewall)
– Wireless Network
– Telecommunication (PABX)
– Internet Connection
– Network Devices (Servers, Storage, Routers, Switches)
– Hardware (PCs, Laptops, Printers)
– Provide server administration support for the local office specific to Active Directory, Access Right Management, Account Administration.
