□■業務内容 / Job Description■□
Our client is a local BPO company. This role of an Account Specialist involves being responsible for analyzing customer data and gaining insight of the business. You will thrive in working in a dynamic and challenging environment with the focus to build a relationship with clients.
【What will you be working on】
– Analyze and screen databases of prospective SMB advertisers to identify leads/potential advocates
– Make outbound calls to SMBs (Small Medium Businesses) to gain insights about their business to create a pipeline of advocate testimonials and case studies for social media marketing and event purposes.
– Manage advocate portfolios, with responsibility for their active involvement in business events for the program.
– Establish trust and maintain a positive ＆ close relationship with the business owner or a senior executive of the advocate business.
– Maintain and drive the core values of the social media and affiliated program.
– Champion and produce PR releases of the advocates, who have had success in growing their business by using social media products.
– Run online communities of high-value advocates, to create a collaborative learning environment, encourage discussion and engagement with other advocates and social media respectively.
– Provide consultative advice to advocates, to help them grow their businesses across multiple communication channels.
□■ 応募要件 / Requirement■□
– Fluent in Japanese (JLPT1 or nearly native) in order to liaise with Japanese clients in Japan
– Preferably BA/BS degree
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
– Effective time management
– Ability to work independently
– Strong attention to detail
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
