【業務内容】下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。
・Process quotations, purchase orders and sales orders
・Manage Customer Consignment Programs
・Responsible for On-time deliveries for Both Internal Customers (Engineers) & External Customers.
Work closely with customers, vendors and engineers to ensure On-time deliveries to meet customers’ requirements
・Manage, negotiate & monitor on-time deliveries to customers (duplicate as 4-remove)
・Maintain stocks inventory & manage stocks movement.
・Update Customer Price Books
・Maintain an effective filing system of documentations
・Attending to enquiries from customers and business partners
・Build and maintain a good customer relationship

【要件】下記要件を満たしている方を募集します
・Minimally a Diploma-holder
・PC literate and with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
・Team Player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
・Familiarity with Oracle or SAP system
・Japanese language skill is an added advantage to liaise with Japan HQ

SGD 3,500 /月
